No refunds. All sales are final. In the event in which we, Kpopticket.us, fail to deliver valid tickets, we will issue refunds or compensation.
If an event is cancelled, we will issue refunds. Details regarding refund issue dates will be announced through the Kpopticket.us website. Refunds will be sent through the payment method used to purchase tickets within 5-10 business days.
This site is intended to be used by individuals or companies seeking to buy or sell tickets for ultimate use by an individual to attend an event and for no other purpose. If you are a venue, promoter or anyone else responsible for controlling admission to an event, you may not access our site or purchase tickets on this site for purposes of (1) identifying tickets available on our site or the sellers of those tickets; or (2) revoking or voiding any tickets offered by sellers on this site or otherwise penalizing any sellers for offering tickets on this site.
Kpopticket.us will be the host handling all transactions for each ticket purchased on this website. For those purchasing tickets with a credit card, the total amount will be charged immediately, including convenience fees. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final. There will be no adjustments to ticket prices once they are purchased. When purchases are made, the only methods of payment allowed are American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa.
Event Cancellations / Postponements
Every so often, events may be forced to be cancelled postponed by the promoter, artist, venue, and the act of God, in which case we will attempt to contact you in order to notify you of refund exchange procedures. Refunds will be made through your point of purchase unless there is any other announcement. Should an event be postponed, you are required to contact the venue directly within 2 weeks for revised dates of the event and/or for an applicable refund policy. We will not provide refunds for postponed or rescheduled events.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets
If your ticket is lost stolen, contact kpopticket.us and we will arrange for new ones. Your old tickets will become null and void (unable to be used). We will issue new tickets with the same seats, but with different barcodes so that the old tickets will not be applicable.
In an effort to give all interested customers an opportunity to purchase tickets to an event, venues and promoters often set limits on the number of tickets one customer household is allowed to purchase. You will be advised of any limits on tickets by a posting for the event, by a system limitation on the number of tickets you may purchase during your online session. Tickets purchased for an event during multiple online sessions on our website are totaled to ensure that a venue promoter has not exceeded any limitations.
